I found the session very interesting. Food is something in everyone’s life and what I knew about it is that you had to eat food to stay healthy. Eat whatever is there in the plate is what I had been doing for a long time. I never knew that this was how much protein you should have or this is how much water you should drink in a day. I always feel tired and lethargic after I eat. By what Aksha aunty said , it is really encouraging for me to have a healthy diet which I’m trying to have. Thank you so much Aksha aunty for coming to give us this valuable information
The guest speaker session was really interesting and helpful for me. Instead of just reading from the textbook a person who is expert at food diet, explaining the topic was really helpful for me and cleared the questions I had in the topic. This session gave me a brief understanding of each of the nutrient which includes carbs, protein, fats, vitamins and minerals. Since this is the topic we are doing in science it benefitted me for my classes or answering questions based on a healthy diet. This not only benefits me academically but also in my personal life since now I know which food is healthy for me, I know what to consume and what not to. To sum it all up, the guest speaker session was great and I learnt a lot of new things about a healthy diet.
