The Galloping Gazelles attended a session on Nature as Classroom conducted by renowned conservation educator and filmmaker K. Ramnath Chandrasekhar. The session started with the learners enacting as trees, animals and as elements of nature. They discussed about melting of glaciers, migration of amur falcons to Nagaland and the formation of rivers. They explored, through photographs, the unfrequented beauty of nature-ranging from the nest of cobra made from dried leaves to the growth of frogs from eggs.
An interactive session was also initiated to understand the reasons behind the depleting purity of water resources through a video on the river Ganga. The session highlighted the importance of sustainability to make earth a home to everybody.
