KC High Grade 5 students did a wonderful presentation to depict the celebrations associated with Pongal for the rest of the school. Students in groups also danced to traditional music.
Students from Grades 3 and 6 harvested sugarcane and spinach from the organic garden which they have been nurturing the past few months. The highlight was the bullock cart ride down the road. The children ensured that the bull was fed and given water between rides!
A joyous occasion as the children celebrated Pongal.
